Benefits are decent, Bonuses are a plus but pay could be better, people overall are friendly

The company took a turn for the worse after Covid. The new CEO impacted the culture in a negative way . We have to be back at the tower full time even though 99% of the company operated efficiently at home. A lot of turnover lately and it’s encouraged because “ it keeps bringing in new ideas”. Pay is decent enough to stay but not excellent. No more supervisors in the company but you are still expected to perform at that level . Company is slow to progress, if it wasn’t for Covid we would still be using snail mail to send out drawings. Pay, decisions made from upper management , no remote work considerations , very slow progression as a company
