Benefits were nice until the new CEO came in. There was a flexible schedule until the new CEO took it away. This CEO stated at a town hall that "high turnovers is a good thing" Ive never heard anything so asinine which is exactly why people are retiring and leaving this company. They are posting alot of jobs and yet internal employees consistently keep getting passed over. HR is chaos, they dont notify you if you are not selected. This company was considering making employees wear stickers on their badges to identify who was vaccinated or not. They also guilt trip employees who wasnt vaccinated by having employees share their stories as to why they should get vaccinated. Should you leave the company before March of the following year. You will not get the bonus you earned for that previous year, they keep that should you decide to leave.
