Company is headed in the wrong direction - Gas Technician CenterPoint Energy Employee Review

Upper management is starting to lead the company in the wrong direction, they no longer care about how you feel at work. They see every employee as a number now and no longer as a human being. The pay is decent, but there's better companies out there that'll pay and treat you better. A lot of people in upper management often forget where they came from and treat their employees like dogs. If you happen to read this review please reconsider applying here, I'm sure there'll be better offers somewhere else.
