Pros
Decent pay, great health insurance and 401k, yearly bonus, 2 days remote per week, rarely hectic. Very solid business to work in if you need stability.
Cons
Distant corporate office, management is hit or miss depending on department, poor YoY raises, very outdated IT and internal systems, organization overall is very stuck in the past and not very dynamic. Boring office life.
