Favoritism, High Turnover. Was there many years and loved working there before transferring into a toxic department. People in this department were on a daily basis verbally and mentally abused by an individual. In a couple years period they went through nearly 15 people and are constantly looking because anytime they hire someone, they see quickly how toxic the department is and either transfer or leave. When I reported it, I was retaliated against and ended up quitting.
