Pros

The LVN/LPN field staff was always knowledgeable on patients & their status and remained consistent.

Cons

The RN staff had a very high turnover rate and after a few short months I could see why. The work load increases consistently leaving lots of charting to do after hours. With the high RN turnover rate, the call schedule was often rough leaving the RNs overwhelmed. Even with staffing issues, admissions and new medicare patients take top priority leaving staff more overwhelmed and leading to the high turnover rate. The mileage was never right on my paycheck and had to keep a close eye to ensure accuracy. Very poor communication between office and field staff and difficult to reach a clinician in the office when you need one.

Pros

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
