      Pros

      Working in home care allows great flexibility with managing kids schedules, it's nothing to pop in for a science fair for an hour or two without needing to take time off from work. The pay for a physical therapist is better than in any other setting.

      Cons

      25% of 3% match for 401k, lousy. Works out to be a few hundred dollars a year. They don't pay for any continuing education. You can't roll over any PTO. PTO and sick time are lumped together and not very impressive. Health benefits stink. Paperwork/computer work, expectations are lousy if you are afraid to say no to management for more work, patients.

      Pay and benefits were great

      The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
