youre not micromanaged with this company, there’s tons of freedom, there’s a two hour make up room ( meaning you can be late up to two hours early or leave up to two hours early as long it is made up within the same week). also, you manage your own lunches and breaks.
Cons
No raise at yr anniversary, no real opportunity for growth. The training is slim to none, will get completely lost with the work, no structure, very very very poor training. High turnover rate

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
