Pros

None, none, none, none and none I’d vote zero stars if I could

Cons

The only people making a huge wad of money are the shareholders and the ceo. The CEO will rip off the workers, the patients, everyone. They cheat you on your paychecks, lie in the interview telling you you will be full time then make you work per diem for full time hours and not pay you benefits. This company has been doing this to most all of its workers working you full time but skirting laws by calling you per diem. I wouldn’t allow my dead cat to be taken care of by these cheating losers. Class action is coming. This corporation is toxic to healthcare. Please quit and leave and take your lying scumbag of a ceo with you. Only time will tell. As they say what comes around.

Pros

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
