Pros

They have good training and data available to qualify accounts

Cons

They make you report referrals every week in on 2 conf calls, 3 reports and 2 meetings. When they give you a day off for a holiday they make you work on the weekend to make up for it. They will not pay you a bonus if you do not document 50 calls a week. Your not allowed to do any administrative work during working hours like mileage reports. If you don’t make your goal in the first month they fire you then appeal your unemployment claim. The territories you are given are only non producing accounts the accounts that give business are given to reps that haven been with company for over 12 years. So your left with picked over territories only the accounts that will never give you business. They are not preferred providers for any hospitals or groups and they only take Medicare.

Pros

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
