      Pros

      Most of the direct co-workers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Regardless of how many times this company gets sold and changes their name, they will remain a horrible company until they figure out how to hire and train good managers. Regardless of location. management is horrible, paybis way too low, pay per mile is a joke. Unless you're nursing or PT you will have no value. Thus company and the poor management is doing all they can to push OT out.

      Pay and benefits were great

      The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
