No flexibility, very low census, pushed to make visits even if patients won't answer phone or door/low attempted visit compensation, expected to use my own cell phone for business, mileage reimbursement is acceptable. Constant micromanaging from regional and corporate, tons of emails from upper management that in no way assist with daily duties and is more of a PIA to have to read and open and takes away from my daily duties.
