Business Outlook
Pros
Fair base pay, great work hours, flexible meal break, and a basic benefit package.
Cons
Impossible to get work done in a 40 hour week, yet overtime is limited. Therefore most people work off the clock several hours a week. The company gives the bare minimum number of holidays and PTO. You’re expected to work while sick. For example, if you’re COVID positive you have to work from home during your recovery. If you’re undiagnosed and sick, plan to report to the office. While they do offer a decent basic benefit package, most nonprofessional industries offer similar benefits. It is not a great place to work, but there are worse places as well.
