Pros

Since being an employee of this company, I have made the most money than I have at any other job. I enjoy the culture here because we have a lot of fun here and try to keep a good vibe between each other. As an agent, your commission is solely based on your efforts, and it feels good to know that you control your paycheck. There is room for growth, which was a big thing for me. You can start here and the possibilities are endless.

Cons

With any job, there are changes and being an employee at Centerfield, there will be A LOT of changes. One of the major changes was when we changed from Qology to Centerfield Media. With that being said, when major changes occur, there will be kinks to work out. Some will be minor, some will be major. So there was a period where there was some kinks to be worked out where you had to have thick skin to move through. With all the hiccups that happen, I am appreciative of the concern and the effectiveness from management to show appreciation to current employees. The only type of people who would not enjoy this company are people who do not want to work hard and cannot adapt to change.

Pros

The hourly rate here is decent

Cons

They've laid off quite a few employees from 2 depts already, changed their employee handbook last week & are now firing new hires fresh out of training. Job security doesn't look promising.
