Pros
We get paid weekly. That's the only good thing about it
Cons
When I first started at this company I felt like this would be a place where I could grow and move up within the company. I worked hard, came to work on time everyday, worked nights, weekends and holidays to show that I was dedicated and willing to do whatever it took to prove myself and make this place an actual career. Eventually I was able to move up and off the phones but up until the beginning of the year, things have been going downhill. I was nervous last year when they fired a lot of people that had been loyal to the company for years (over 6 years ) and agents that were actually do the right thing but the company was bought out by the current owners and they said they needed to make some changes. Which seemed insensitive but every company makes changes and I wasn't going to be the one to question anything especially with me having a family I needed to provide for. Things continued to get worst. They fired some of the higher ups and put people in the positions that weren't qualified and they began making changes that made coming to work like going to hell! They have made changes that have affected the lives of everyone. It's no longer a place that I'm happy to call my place of employment and I'm sure the people in California have no clue what's going on. There's a lot of sleeping around going on with agents and team leads, team leads and directors, directors and directors. HR knows about all of this and sweeps it under the rug. Anyone that reports anything to HR regarding a director will somehow become an ex-employee. HR is not your friend and whatever is said in HR isn't confidential. This is the perfect place for college students who just need a job until they find their career job but nowhere for someone taking care of their family or anyone with kids. This is not steady work. This place is on shaky grounds and should be investigated. The things that go on here aren't ethical at all. There are no raises given and the amount we are getting paid is lower than what we should be getting paid for our positions. We are so underpaid it should be against the law.
