I don’t feel like there’s pros anymore because the previous owner sold the company to make a lot of money and leave a mess for the employees
Cons
First of all $12 an hour is not enough to support a family , there’s never a raise and commission sucks , they always find ways to steal money from agents , you have to sell over 100 sprint cellphones to make a decent commission which is almost impossible because their leads sucks , other than that you will have some cheap benefits , you barely get time off and their health insurance is a joke , they make you pay $55 every pay check for health insurance for yourself only , now they’re starting to make everybody feel micromanaged because you always have someone on top of you telling you what to do even when you’re exceeding your sales goals! Best advice I can give you , don’t work at this place , it’s preferred if you avoid this place , third party vendors only care about making money themselves and they don’t care about your effort or well being , this might only be good for single young kids with no responsibilities
