Centerfield is great environment for highly passionate individuals who are hungry to learn and grow. It is also an ideal place for seasoned tech experts who want to contribute to a growing tech stack and work alongside talented engineers. I have been fortunate to be on both sides during my time at Centerfield and would like to share my experience. I started as Sr. Software Engineer few years ago looking to learn and be part of team where I could make impact. During my first couple of years, I was constantly challenged and motivated to grow and learn. Fast forward a couple of years, I was rewarded with a promotion and given opportunity to manage a team of talented engineers. The upper management team has an open door policy and try to be accessible for every employee in the company, which is unusual for a company this size. They are very transparent and genuinely invest in talented employees and set them up for success by guiding, mentoring and providing additional training when necessary. Recently they brought in a leadership consultant that is conducting an 8 week training program for the middle management team out of the Los Angeles office. Centerfield also was rewarded a Best Places to Work in Los Angeles for 5 years in a row. You are nominated and awarded directly based on employee feedback collected through an anonymous survey.
