Communication between departments could use serious improvement. Deadlines are thrown at people within days notice when the queue is already backed up, which makes some people have to work late or weekends. Or on the contrary, deadlines will be set on a certain date months/week in advance and will be pushed back for months to make room for other projects. Need to find a way to better organize and have better employee retention so project deadlines are met. Departments push different changes on a project/vertical and won't tell each other about it, which is really gets really confusing when things go wrong. also there's a lot of reports to do (that nobody really reads) which is a huge time waster.
