Management is trash. Rude and unprofessional. Has been brought to HR but of course gets ignored. Grown adults treated like children. California people have no idea what its really like being on the phone. We're cross trained for multiple providers so there's "always something to sell" but why can't you just send good calls? Ive been told "Its never the calls its always you" yet there's calls from people thinking they're calling FOOD PLACES, BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANY, WASTE MANAGEMENT! (no joke) but yeah its me.....and not the calls. Oh and I can't wear shoes without a back because it stops me from selling to customers who cant even see me.
