Pros

-Good for employees with minimal job experience who can learn tech skills and move on in a couple of years -Competitive benefits -Flexibility during COVID-19

Cons

-Decisions come from above -The consumer focus is completely lost in the daily grind -Long-tenured Centerfield employees and recent Centerfield hires are treated better than both employees who came on via acquisition (and call center employees) -A company that needs to list "no egos" as one of its core values has an ego problem!

Thank you for the candid review and for recognizing the benefits and flexibility you experienced. We also hear the concerns about decisions feeling top down, equity across different employee groups, and whether our culture always shows up as genuine in the day to day. That feedback matters, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Pros

The hourly rate here is decent

Cons

They've laid off quite a few employees from 2 depts already, changed their employee handbook last week & are now firing new hires fresh out of training. Job security doesn't look promising.
