Pros
Sometimes there is toilet paper in the bathroom. ( although, not usually a quality 2-ply).The fly strips are changed weekly in the office space. It beats washing out horse stalls, although there are many similarities.
Cons
The consistency of the inconsistent management is not something an individual would want to experience on a day to day basis. If there was more time spent on how to perform the work efficiently and with quality , instead of how to undermine your co workers and trying to hold on to your position by degrading another's work.
