Under paid and over worked, not one of the managers have any clue how to manage a company, most of them have never worked in the hvac field or have any knowledge of hvac, they are not equipped to do the jobs they ask you to do, your always on call with no say in when your on call, if you do not comply they fire you. Their holiday pay is a joke, they expect you to run call on the holidays but they only pay you regular time to do so! I do not recommend anyone work for a company that is this unorganized! United refrigeration pays more to sit behind a counter.
