Very Unorganized - Anonymous employee Centerline Communications Employee Review

VERY unorganized. Upper management are unqualified and micro-manage employees to death. You will have zero personal life because you are on call multiple days a week and often won't know when you're on call until the day before. Over worked and under paid. Company cannot keep employees, so are always severely understaffed. The company's failures are blamed on field technicians.
