If you are a driven individual, you will be punished for preforming well and given more work to do, for no additional compensation. The structure of reporting needs entirely reworked. Management is way out of touch. They hire from outside. They do not promote from within. If you want a better job here, you have to leave and reapply. Employees are treated poorly. Management is unable to complete and support simple tasks and operations, which results in loss of work. Fraudulent reports are made on work situations HR will not investigate a report, but instead take managements report as truth and take action with no conversation.
