They gave me a t-shirt once.

Cons

These people will try and ruin your lives. This company is ran by complete imbeciles. I have seen them lay off/fire more than 40 employees during the pandemic to replace them for cheaper labor. They have ruined lives and families. I urge mariners to stay away. If you must work for these scum just use them for sea time and be gone. Do not give them one ounce of energy as they will will replace you in a second.

Friendly environment, interesting work, great benefits and free parking! They recognize and value hard working employees. The office is beautiful and unique. Benefit premium is $0 for employee and super competitive rates for dependents.

Nothing that I can think of that would deter me from continuing to work here
