Pros
The ER has amazing staff; the teamwork is unparalleled. The ER docs are great to work with. ER is extremely busy so you gain a ton of experience quickly.
Cons
They are a "for profit" hospital which means they are all about the bottom line. Costs are cut and resources are thin compared to other hospitals. Having techs to actually help you is non-existent.
