Pros
Nice helpful team, with great staff all over hospital. I loved the teamwork in our department. My director is no longer there. Can’t speak of new. Fast paced employees needed.
Cons
The workload didn’t allow the time to spend with patients which was not for me. It was hard to actually assess and discuss Care with your patients. Pretty much a Therapy jockey. I do miss being there but didn’t meet my needs. Fast paced but a lot of knowledge to be taught.
