Pros
Super sweet manager, will work with you on scheduling needs. Self-scheduling. In house phlebotomy for lab draws. As many critical pay shifts as your heart desires.
Cons
Always work short staffed, most of the time with 6-7 patients. Be yelled at by hospitalists for things out of your control. Never take a lunch break, literally never. The techs disappear for hours and don’t answer call lights, also do not tell you when they get abnormal/critical vital signs.
