      Fantastic work/life balance. Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement. Leadership is very invested in employees and want to see you succeed. Great company values and outlook for the future. Great communication and relationship with direct supervisor.

      Pros

      The culture is unbeatable. I’ve worked in different industries and various company sizes - it’s rare to find a culture of this caliber. Benefits are standard for the industry. I would say pay is slightly above average. They take care of their people and work life balance is great!

      Cons

      Some policies could benefit from having black and white expectations rather than being vague or open to interpretation. Limited growth opportunities due to company size.
