      Pros

      IRET has been a fantastic employer to work for. In my prior years I have never had so many benefits. They really know how to treat an employee and are continuously making changes for the better.

      Nothing at this time and don't see anything in the future but great change.

      Pros

      The culture is unbeatable. I’ve worked in different industries and various company sizes - it’s rare to find a culture of this caliber. Benefits are standard for the industry. I would say pay is slightly above average. They take care of their people and work life balance is great!

      Cons

      Some policies could benefit from having black and white expectations rather than being vague or open to interpretation. Limited growth opportunities due to company size.
