Upper management doesn't care about the opinions of site staff. Everyone blames the Community Manager when something happens that isn't in their control. They care more about money than their employees.

The culture is unbeatable. I’ve worked in different industries and various company sizes - it’s rare to find a culture of this caliber. Benefits are standard for the industry. I would say pay is slightly above average. They take care of their people and work life balance is great!
Cons
Some policies could benefit from having black and white expectations rather than being vague or open to interpretation. Limited growth opportunities due to company size.
