Pros

Most positions offer very flexible scheduling which is great, they offer wellness reimbursement, and it can be a very rewarding job if you like working with people and making a difference.

Cons

Well to begin, Centerstone is so desperate because they have such a high turn over that they've actually asked employees to come to this site and write positive reviews and feedback, they've also began offering incentives for referring friends (instead of just paying current employees better). Centerstone underpays it's employees (often typical in this type of work) but they also set productivity levels which are extremely difficult to meet. If you do not meet these productivity levels you are threatened with repercussion and possible termination. In turn you are always stressed out and fearing that you could lose your job for something that is often times out of your control. (clients ALWAYS cancel, making it impossible to meet productivity) Management, aside from a couple amazing bosses, is terrible. They don't encourage you or reinforce you for doing well, terrible morale. Employees are constantly leaving and again, there is a very very high turn over rate, in my two years I don't think they have ever been fully staffed. The employees who have made it this long are always shocked when a new employee makes it longer than 3-6 months. When I began at Centerstone I had full intentions of getting the $500 productivity bonus every month to supplement for the low pay, I have never received the bonus except in my first 2 months when my productivity was lowered for training... so DO NOT plan for this like I did upon accepting the position.

Pros

Overtime. Coworkers are the most enjoyable part.

Cons

Supervisors do not listen. You do not get a response to emails. Are belittled in the hallway about personal mentality where other coworkers can hear. No FIRE safety standards up to date!! No care for staff mental or physical wellbeing. No urgency when exposed to bodily fluids.
