Pros

- Being able to work with clients and see their successes. - Some coworkers will bend over backward to help you. - Immedidate supervisors who act like they care for you.

Cons

- Too much emphasis on productivity. I have witnessed coworkers who love their jobs be wrote up and fired because of missing monthly productivity goals by 1 percent. - No support from the upper management. They make a show of wanting to make changes but nothing gets better. - Unrealistic expectations. Being expected to do 50 hours of work in a 40 hour work-week. - Most of the mandatory trainings are useless. When you go to these trainings, you are expected to still get productivity. If you don't, you will still get wrote up. - No opportunity for advancement. - No affliation with the Chamber of Commerce. - Some of their practices I would consider to be fraudulent, though no one will listen. - Even though the company says they are improving people's lives, they do more harm than good.

Pros

Overtime. Coworkers are the most enjoyable part.

Cons

Supervisors do not listen. You do not get a response to emails. Are belittled in the hallway about personal mentality where other coworkers can hear. No FIRE safety standards up to date!! No care for staff mental or physical wellbeing. No urgency when exposed to bodily fluids.
