Pros
This company does provide benefits to its clients, in some cases. There are some caring and talented people on the staff, and they do some good.
Cons
The biggest negative is that the company is dishonest about its function. You will be trained to meet clients where they are, and to center your work on clients, and that the mission of the organization is to change lives for the better. This is not the way the company really operates. Staff are pressured to bill, bill, bill above all else. Client care is not the priority. So, if you choose to work at this company, be aware that you will be in a position to learn in an immersive setting. You will also be subjected to an emotionally and physically unhealthy work environment. Self-care is nothing but empty words - they do not provide an environment that is conducive, and it doesn't take long to see it. Management in the company is old-school, top-down, and corporate in the worst ways. They feign interest in the opinions and needs of the staff, but rarely hear anything that contradicts their own thinking. If you want confirmation of these thoughts, simply read through the other reviews and then read the defensive, condescending responses. That is how they roll.
