Upper management does not listen. People are placed in roles as supervisors based on longevity with company with no training or credentials and placed in positions over licensed professionals. No policies or protocols in place for direction everything is based on verbal. supervisors bully others and use intimidation creating an abusive environment for staff. Upper management knew about it and did nothing but allow person to continue to have authority and retaliate against others
