Too much pressure on the numbers Upper management (regional and branch) don't care about their employees all they care about is hitting the number Corporate wants 10% growth yearly , unfortunately you can't grow in revenue without adding additional crews. Little to no training. The training you get is next to worthless. Expected to know things even if you have not been shown how to do it.
