Pros

Good pay and benefits.

Cons

The year I left Charlotte, nc the office had around 50 employees. The turnover for that year was around 150 employees and all were pretty much field guys. There is a culture of incompetence in the management of the southern group. The proof is the inexcusably high turnover rate. There is no investment in the employees. You only have so many years on this earth. Do not waste them working in an environment that makes your life miserable. Avoid this company at all costs.

Cons

The role was marketed as a sales position but functioned more as an administrative role with limited hands-on training or field exposure. Communication and support were lacking, with canceled check-ins, exclusion from meetings, and little guidance on account development. Training was largely self-directed, as managers were focused on their own workloads. The company also enforces a strict in-office schedule despite limited collaboration, and employees should be aware that company vehicles are heavily monitored despite being presented as available for personal use.
