Pros

It's a job and it maintained the bills.

Cons

Very little training, no follow-up training. Poor management, as in managers don't act like managers and shouldn't be managing anyone. There is no real sense of leadership except to say that they go to all the meetings and push a lot of paperwork. Anybody can collect a check to do a job, but leaders are supposed to know how to lead, want to lead, and inspire others to want to follow them.

Pros

Not much except Company Car

Cons

The role was marketed as a sales position but functioned more as an administrative role with limited hands-on training or field exposure. Communication and support were lacking, with canceled check-ins, exclusion from meetings, and little guidance on account development. Training was largely self-directed, as managers were focused on their own workloads. The company also enforces a strict in-office schedule despite limited collaboration, and employees should be aware that company vehicles are heavily monitored despite being presented as available for personal use.
