      Pros

      The pay is great for a college student ($13) Most of the employees are nice

      Cons

      If your mentor (trainer) doesn't like you he/she will go and tell your manager everything you do wrong There is no room for improvement, there isn't any formal warnings If not perfect at your job from the get-go you can be fired during training

      Pros

      - Stable and room to grow - Kind, supportive, and honest company - Excellent training - I love my team and management!

      Cons

      No cons! The only thing I could think of is lack of branches in the Southern part of Indiana, but Centier is making it's way down!
