      Pros

      My coworkers were super friendly and I enjoyed working with different people I a daily basis. I only left because I needed a bigger pay check

      Cons

      The pay scale is the same as most banks so I really can't complain. I just needed to find a different job that paid more.

      Pros

      - Stable and room to grow - Kind, supportive, and honest company - Excellent training - I love my team and management!

      Cons

      No cons! The only thing I could think of is lack of branches in the Southern part of Indiana, but Centier is making it's way down!
