      Pros

      Centier has been a great place to work. I was able to learn my job and the banks culture very quickly. It is has been fun to work with my co workers, they are all very knowledgeable and are willing to help.

      Pros

      - Stable and room to grow - Kind, supportive, and honest company - Excellent training - I love my team and management!

      Cons

      No cons! The only thing I could think of is lack of branches in the Southern part of Indiana, but Centier is making it's way down!
