If you have experience working at another financial institution, you will at times feel viscerally uncomfortable with the looseness of policy and procedure. Also, grossly outdated technology that is not user friendly, poor CRM functionality, and everyone knows that the software utilized won't change because the bank's CEO has a special deal with the company that created the software.
