      Pros

      A lot of really good people, training was excellent for the product & how the product is used. Product was overall a very good product for its intended use in the field. Upon hire medical benefits started from the first day and were very affordable. Privately own & the owner took a leading role and interacted with all employees, which lead to a sense of pride in the company, and he had an appreciation for his employees that showed. Hours of business were very good, Operations Director was very understanding and easy to talk to & provided any kind of training when you asked for it. Low stress job.

      Cons

      PTO time was minimal this could have been better. Other than that no complaints.

      Pros

      You have your own desk and the work isn't physically demanding.

      Toxic work environment, training was all over the place. I was expected to stay late my 2nd week and when I couldn't I was treated differently. I was let go due to not fitting in, which is very unprofessional. If you have commitments after work hours they do not care. I asked in the interview if there was overtime, I was told hardly. Then I was expected to stay past my work hours. You're not judged on work ethic only on if they like you or not. If they do not like you you will not last long. The lead doesn't know how to talk to people and talks to employees like they're children. Wouldn't recommend.
