Pros
Central is a decent sized company in a small rural town. There is a culture of excellence here. I have confidence and respect for those who I work with. Management values me and gives me space to do my job. I find the benefits and pay are excellent when compared to the cost of living in the area, which is very low. There is still a pension offered in addition to a 401K and generous profit sharing. I find them fairly flexible with my work schedule and personal life balance. Some of my peers have more flexibility, but I can work within the rules of the company.
Cons
You need to accept the rural town or commute. There are limited advancement opportunities, but many people are happy to retire from the company and do well financially with the position they had.
