Pros
I didn't expect to stay at Central when I joined after college graduation more than 35 years ago ... but here I am! Throughout my career I've received excellent training and support, and have had the opportunity to advance to a leadership position. Our culture treats people as our most important resource, and puts the customer first. I had the chance to leave the company, but chose to stay and have never regretted that decision. Work demands and salaries are fair; working environment and benefits are awesome!
Cons
Like me, many know a good thing when they have it and stick around ... so opportunities for advancement can take a while. But if you raise your hand for stretch assignments and take advantage of the training available, you can be ready when the time comes.
