The same five people keep getting promoted to higher levels. They literally create jobs for them and promote them. The same 5 people. It’s like they have they own Good ole boy network going on and is visible as heck. They need to be careful When handling people with known disabilities also, especially protected disabled people as well. It’s like the lights on and no one is home with HR.
