Cons
Expect 0 advancement unless you licker your superiors boots. The pay raises are a joke. Every 2 years they increase the hiring rate without compensation to current workers. So you never get ahead unless you heavily bring it up. Supervisors will lie to save their own skin. 10+ years here and loyalty means nothing.
