      Pros

      Starting pay and garunteed hours. Overtime is likely.

      Cons

      Management/Directors are very rude, act like they are better than everyone else. And when you try to talk to your so called “manager/supervisor” they are ALWAYS too busy and the issues are never handled correctly. Insurance is horrible.

      Pros

      Great place to work at. Good people in the office. Central is the true definition of you get what you put in.

      Cons

      Overtime starts at 55 hours and not does not match 401k Health benefits are not the best.

      Pros

      Consistent Routes you get to know your customers. They have their own fueling station and mechanics. The Terminal managers and dispatchers were really great to work with. I like that they protect the employee if an issue arises with s customer.

      Cons

      All the trucks are the same but they all have their own personality. Some of the terminals csn be really dirty.
