Pros

Good pay and decent benefits

Cons

Micromanaged from corporate office by people who have not worked in field. Expected to work 6 days, 12 hour days and pay based on 50 hours. No 401K match. Reactive and not proactive to seasonal business increases. Mileage reimbursement at $0.13 per mile. On call 24/7 with no cell phone reimbursement.

Pros

Great place to work at. Good people in the office. Central is the true definition of you get what you put in.

Cons

Overtime starts at 55 hours and not does not match 401k Health benefits are not the best.

Pros

Consistent Routes you get to know your customers. They have their own fueling station and mechanics. The Terminal managers and dispatchers were really great to work with. I like that they protect the employee if an issue arises with s customer.

Cons

All the trucks are the same but they all have their own personality. Some of the terminals csn be really dirty.
