I’ve been here a few years. Its overall depressing and uncaring. Unnecessary layoffs and endless terminations with below standard severence being offered. Others quit because they can’t take it anymore. I hate coming here every day. No One adheres to protective measures and everyone just pretends this is ok and the covid virus isn’t real. Employees are stressed and fearful at an unhealthy level. I have been applying to other jobs but it is hard to find work right now. I had another offer when I accepted this one and regret my choice. I was warned but Didn’t listen. Benefits are expensive like the reviews say and I don’t want to be here for the 8 years it takes to get 3weeks of vacation when that is a standard starting point at other companies. We are paid weekly but no direct deposit Everyone hates hr except for the koolaid drinkers. They are the only ones not losing their job. Nothing professional about this organization except for the dress code which no one but hr follows anyway. The positive reviews are definitely fake I know this for a fact.
